Integrated Youthcare
A Mental Health Clinic for Kids

Everyone wants the best for their kids

Sometimes, that includes getting them the best mental health care. At Integrated Youthcare, we know that means more than just prescriptions. Medication is an important tool, but it’s only a part of good treatment plans. So we work closely with therapists, pediatricians, educators, as well as the family to build a treatment team. This collaborative approach is at the heart of the way we help kids, their families and communities.

Our psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists and therapists have extensive training and experience treating kids with a variety of issues, including ADHD, Autism, Aspergers disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, and most other mental health concerns.

We are accepting new patients in our Salem and Corvallis offices. If you would like information, or want to schedule an appointment, please contact Us.

Thank you for your interest in Integrated Youthcare. We look forward to working with your family soon.

Gail Wiebe
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified

As a PMHNP, Gail is a medical prescriber. Her major clinical interest is in children struggling with speech, language, social, and emotional difficulties such as those associated with Autism Spectrum Disorders.  She has 25 years of nursing clinical experience working with children in a variety of settings including hospitals, clinics, schools, and home-care. Gail Wiebe did her undergraduate studies at Biola University and her graduate studies at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland Oregon. She deems it a privilege to partner with families on their journey towards helping children reach their best potential. This often involves communication with other providers as well. Conversation with primary care, occupational therapists, counselors, teachers, and other caregivers on behalf of families in care, is welcomed.  Gail has found that evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Collaborative Problem Solving, can be quite effective in her patient population.  Although she has much experience with autism and Asperger’s disorders, she feels strongly that even more common illnesses like Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, anxiety disorders (such as obsessive compulsive disorder), and mood disorders (depression and bipolar disorder) are social-emotional-cognitive deficits that are often overlooked.
